We believe that there is the perfect home for every pet and that each pet deserves the chance to find their forever home, no matter how long it takes. Chifoo

Penelope is a gorgeous black and white cat with beautiful green eyes. She loves people and is looking for a human to give her undivided attention and love. She gets attached to her humans and because of that can be cat selective, but currently lives with other cats in a foster home. This is what her foster has to say about her:
"Penelope has become quite affectionate. She will occasionally come on the bed and enjoys sunbathing. She communicates vocally and is very cute- she is the best! The other cats she has no problem with when they respect her space. She is fine with the dogs. "
Spooker
