I will not engage in any unsafe, illegal, or unethical activities while acting as a volunteer.
I understand that failure to comply with the above gives Happy Little Rescue the right to remove me as a volunteer at any time.
I understand that while volunteering, especially when handling animals, there may be a risk of injury. I hereby release Happy Little Rescue from any liability in the case of injury or damages to my personal property.
If I am signing this release form as a parent or legal guardian of a minor volunteer, I hereby give my consent to allow my child to volunteer for Happy Little Rescue. I hereby release Happy Little Rescue from any liability in the case of injury or damages to my child or child’s personal property.
I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of the foregoing liability release waiver.
